It is amazing how many ads on TV, you see the products for hair on men who claim to promote healthy hair! I mean c’mon, get real! There is no such thing as “healthy hair.” The hair consists of keratin proteins and is so simple. His hair has no blood supply or nervous system. The hair is not alive, so it can be “healthy”. Since hair is a living structure that can not be repaired and should be preserved properly to maintain the strength, elasticity and shine. Shampoo claimed that “harm” simply lying, the hair can not be repaired. When hair is damaged, the only way to “repair” is to stop. Just like your car, your hair, you need proper maintenance. The following are some tips to keep your hair neat and look healthy!
Gently
Towel drying is one of the main causes of injury. Let’s face it, we love to take the towel and rub our hair like hell until dry. The problem is that when hair is wet, it is also easily damaged. When will rub your hair with a towel, some hairs become tangled in the towel and yarn is stretched to breaking point, causing damage to the skin and split ends. To minimize damage from the towel dry, shake out excess water and then dry your hair by moving the towel over your hair to grow in that direction. Remember that the damage already done is not fixed, but after a few cuts, you’ll see the difference.
Blow drying is another cause of hair loss. It is both dry hair and scalp. I’m just not a fan of the blow dryer, but if you must use it, follow these tips. First, to prevent damage from impact drying, apply a thermal hair styling spray. This will protect your hair from a comb and protect against thermal damage. Then, keep the hair 6.10 cm from the hair and move quickly from side to side. This will keep your hair becomes damaged due to heat. Finally, avoid dry hair completely; Leaves hair slightly damp to prevent drying of the hair.
Easy On That comb, Pal
When hair is wet, stay away from injuries, thanks to a wide tooth comb or brush. This will limit the damage caused by a comb or brush hair pull.
Wash in lukewarm water
The water is too hot can dry hair and scalp. Take it easy with the heat.
Avoid the misuse of chemical
Repeatedly using hair dye or types of chemicals can wreak havoc on your head. Chemicals used for hair can be hard on your hair and scalp. We agree with the use of chemicals within the company. A good hairdresser or stylist knows how to properly prepare the hair and scalp and help choose the best product to protect your hair from damage.
Do not Over Wash.
Feel free to shampoo daily. Shampoo is designed to deposit softener, moisturizing and protective factors in the hair. Remember when you shampoo, concentrate on cleansing the scalp, the hair should be sufficiently cleaned by rinsing the shampoo from her hair.
Make your hair grow faster and stronger
Potable water after your vitamins every day, living in the free state of stress, get plenty of sleep and good nutrition will accelerate the growth of hair. The hair is often a reflection of the whole body, that body healthy and properly maintained is likely to have hair that is strong, bright and healthy future.
Ditch the ponytail and Ball Cap
Try to avoid wearing hard Ponytails or baseball caps so much, because it can cause “traction alopecia.” That some means you have a tight style that leads to crime and pull hair from the scalp. If you do this will be permanent damage. If you must wear a baseball hat or ponytail to keep her hair from her face, so perhaps it is time for a hairstyle that suits your lifestyle.
Frizz Control
Curly hair that is caused by a small amount of moisture and protein. In order to control frizz, use a good moisturizing conditioner. You can also use a “smoothing” serum will shine and manageability.
Illuminate dull hair
The hair becomes dull when the epidermis () outer layer of the hair is damaged. Stylish skin layers were flat (like fish scales) and reflect light. When skin is damaged or has not been done has tended to be caught in the hair shaft and reflect little light, causing a dull look. Following the steps discussed above will help protect the skin and brighten dull hair.
Watch the water pool
Pool water contains chemicals that can dry, damage and discolor hair. To reduce the damage from chlorine and other chemicals, always wet the hair with tap water before the pool. This prevents your hair from absorbing water from the pool. I recommend to take a spray bottle filled with tap water and a tablespoon of conditioner to the pool. Before we get to the pool (and often during swimming), wet your hair completely with water / conditioner mixture. This helps to prevent damage, dryness and discoloration caused by water in the pool. If you notice discoloration, use a Clarifying Shampoo (listed under “Style Tips”) can help.
Use appropriate styling products
Using the right product type are important to keep your hair in excellent condition. Many products contain the active treatment chemicals and alcohol can harm and help a lot in common hair problems.
Care for straight hair
Wash every other day with a mild shampoo and follow with a light conditioner. If you hold most styles trimmed every six weeks to remove the edges of the split. Pomade will help keep hair soft and natural with additional shine and separation.
Care for thinning hair
Choose water-based products will not leave a heavy residue and weigh hair and gives volume and lift. A thickening shampoo and conditioner helps. Hold short vacation and will be more visible. Now the hair makes the hair thin and stringy.
Care for wavy hair
To minimize excessive volume, use a moisturizing product and thick Conditioner that add weight. A medium-Lenth cut works well for a versatile look. For styling, with a light oil or pomade (which Baxter of California Water Pomade) adds luster and weight.
Caring for curly hair
Structure of curly hair can stop the natural oils from reaching your hair leaving it ends with a look frizzy. Use a strong moisturizer to keep hair soft. Keep your hair short cut will help to maintain a neat appearance. Longer style should be layers in order to reduce the volume. Wash your hair no more frequently than every two days, followed by a good conditioner. A good leave-in conditioner will help add extra moisture. Shape the hair with an anti-frizz serum.

A Knitting loom is a very old art that has been revived recently. It is known by different names such as:  frame knitting  rake knitting  ring knitting  box knitting  bung knitting  spool knitting  reel knitting  French knitting  Loom knitting  Knitting in the round  Knitting board During the middle ages, looms were used in: - France - Britain - Germany and - Other parts of Europe They used it to knit:  tasseled caps  petticoats  shawls  blankets  stockings  bags  purses  sacks  nets  hammocks  curtains Looms come in different shapes like: - round - oval and - rectangular Some looms have two rows of pegs, and these are called double rakes. The size of a knit piece depends on the loom’s size. The gauge or distance of pegs and its size make the size of the knit stitches. The thickness of yarn also contributes to its size. To form knitted fabric, you can use loom. Imagine that the pegs of the loom are pieces of knitting needles. Different methods of wrapping yarn on the pegs make different stitches and patterns. The single rake looms make the knitted fabric possess a distinctive right and wrong sides. The double rake looms are used in making double knitted fabric right at both sides. It is also easy to learn loom knitting. Many people find it simple to use this, unlike knitting needles. Those who have problems with arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome and other ailments enjoy loom knitting. Loom knitting revived again. Perhaps it is because of its fast and easy way of getting into knitting. The three basic types of looms are: 1. Round Loom The most common round looms is the Knifty Knitters. Round looms though called round can be a - circle - triangle - oval - square - heart and many others The shape does not matter. What matters is that all of the pegs are unbroken. It must have no starting or stopping point. The measurement of a round loom is determined by the space between the pegs. The further the pegs the larger the gauge. The good thing about round looms is that you can use it for circular knitting. You can also use it for flat panel knitting like a rake. Stitching is the same except for the knitting. With circular, you continuously knit in the same direction for the whole piece. With flat panel, the knitting is back and forth. 2. Rake Knitting on a rake is same as knitting on a round loom. The difference is that a rake is a single line and the pegs have beginning and end point. You can do flat knitting using a rake. The distance between the pegs can determine the gauge. To know where you are in a pattern, know how pegs are numbered on the loom.  Peg 1 being the first peg to the left of the anchor peg.  You are able to identify anchor pegs by looking on the top portion of your circular loom, and it can sometimes be found at the end of the rake.  The only anchor peg found on the right also has a counterpart peg, and this is found on the left. Therefore, peg 1 is the first peg to the right above the rake.  The number for the succeeding pegs for round looms and rakes continues to the left. Peg 2 follows peg 1 to the left, peg 3 follows peg 2 to the left and so on. 3. Knitting Board This is a two parallel rake used together to knit across. Knifty Knitters is one of the most common long looms knitting board. These looms serve dual function. It can be a round loom and as a knitting board. To create double-knit fabric, you will need a knitting board. Two different factors will determine the gauge: - distances of pegs - distances of the two rakes The greater the distance, the larger gauge created. There are different gauges of knitting boards available. Some manufacturers give you the chance to alter the gauge of the knitting board. You can change the distance between the two pegs. In Knifty Knitters, one gauge is available. Also, knitting boards have different knitting sizes for hats, bags, scarves, socks, blankets and many others.
